Moody Nolan Hires Linda Nunnelly as National Business Development Leader
Linda Rejoins the Firm After Helping to Establish Washington, D.C. and Atlanta Offices
(Columbus) – Moody Nolan announced today the expansion of its executive team with the hiring of Linda Nunnelly, NOMA, LEED AP, as national business development leader. Based in Washington, D.C. Linda will spearhead the firm’s nationwide business development efforts, leading a team of regional leaders across 12 offices. With a previous tenure of more than 20 cumulative years at Moody Nolan across the span of her career, Linda returns with an enhanced knowledge of both the firm and industry to continue facilitating its evolution.

A graduate of Howard University, Linda commenced her 25-year career as a project coordinator in Moody Nolan’s Columbus office in 1999. She was later instrumental in establishing Moody Nolan’s presence in both Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, where she served as the director of operations for both offices in 2012 and 2017, respectively. In tandem, she acted as the regional director of business development for the East Coast and Southeast regions, developing client partnerships that continue to build upon the legacy of the firm. During her tenure, Linda also served as a project executive, overseeing significant projects such as Dunbar High School and Southeast Tennis and Learning Center in D.C. As head of the Atlanta office, she oversaw the Central Library renovation and collaborated with Atlanta Housing and the Grady Healthcare System to advance impactful community developments.

Linda is a dedicated contributor to the architecture and design community, serving in leadership roles and as a committed member of multiple organizations throughout her time in the industry, including AEC Unites, American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), National Association of Minority Contractors, CHIEF (Professional Network for Women Executives), Women in Healthcare, and Union City Development Authority.
